The chunky knit sweater – a favorite coming back for the fall and winter season.
No matter what season of the year you prefer the most, I think we can all agree that one of the best things about fall and winter is that we get to wear our stylish sweaters and outerwear. I’ve always been obsessed with everything chunky – accessories, boots and clothing. Since last year I’ve been really into chunky and oversized sweaters.
And surprise, the chunky knit jumper obsession has followed me into this year as well, so I might as well call it part of my fall winter uniform. I just love how easy it is to style a chunky sweater. As they usually grab the most attention of an outfit, you can easily keep the rest of your look super basic and still create a cool and edgy look.
I like to wear chunky sweaters one to two sizes bigger than my actual size because I always like to go for the oversized look. If you want to keep the look more sophisticated and chic one size up should do the trick.
For this look I styled my favorite chunky oversized knit sweater with a pair of embroidered skinny jeans and of course paired that with my Dr. Martens plateau boots.
